Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the engagement between Blossom Creative Agency (“Blossom,” “we,” or “us”) and any client (“you”) who purchases our services. By engaging Blossom, you agree to these Terms. A detailed service contract is provided upon project initiation.
1. Deposits & Payment
All project-based work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month. Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
2. Revision Rounds
All packages include 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revision rounds are billed hourly. Major scope changes may require a revised proposal.
3. Timelines
Project timelines are estimated and communicated in your proposal. Delays caused by delayed client responses may extend the project timeline without penalty to Blossom.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. Blossom retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement is signed prior to project initiation. Draft files remain the property of Blossom unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. The deposit is non-refundable in all cases. If Blossom terminates engagement without cause, a prorated refund of any unused retainer portion will be issued.
6. Confidentiality
Blossom treats all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blossom’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the Service Provider operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Full Contract
A detailed service agreement specific to your project will be provided upon engagement. These Terms serve as a general overview. The project-specific contract takes precedence in case of conflict.
