Is the discovery call really free?
Absolutely. It’s a 20-minute conversation — no pitch, no pressure. We’ll talk about your brand, your goals, and whether we’re the right fit. You’ll walk away with at least one concrete idea you can use.
Do you work in French and English?
Yes — you can conduct the entire project in French, English, or both. All deliverables can be provided in your preferred language.
How long does a typical project take?
Branding projects: 2–4 weeks. Website projects: 3–6 weeks. Social media starts immediately after onboarding. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide feedback and approvals.
What’s the payment structure?
All project work requires a 50% deposit upfront to begin. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Social media retainers are billed monthly at the start of each month.
Do you work with clients across Canada?
Yes — we work remotely with entrepreneurs and small businesses across Canada. Discovery calls, project work, and ongoing collaboration all happen on Google Meet, Slack, or your preferred tools.
